The United States public health apparatus is thoroughly corrupted. Newly declassified files from outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard explicitly expose the weaponization of federal agencies. The documents prove that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) actively colluded to protect the manufactured narrative of the natural origin of COVID-19. Anyone daring to challenge this regime was targeted for immediate administrative destruction.

As the first scientist to publish peer-reviewed proof of laboratory manipulation, I became the prime target of this cartel. When the state turns into a corrupt enforcement arm for elite biodefense contractors, a fabricated debarment is no longer a punishment. It is a badge of honor.

THE SMOKING GUN THEY TRIED TO BURY

In May 2021, I published a landmark paper in ACS Medicinal Chemistry Letters (author: Ariel Fernandez). Using advanced molecular analysis, I demonstrated that SARS-CoV-2 could not have evolved naturally. I identified its engineered furin cleavage site as a laboratory “detonator”.

The structural blueprint I mathematically reverse-engineered was a mirror image of Peter Daszak’s classified DEFUSE proposal. At the time, that proposal was completely hidden from the public. I exposed their exact viral engineering architecture without ever seeing their secret files.

ANATOMY OF A WITCH HUNT

In a classic totalitarian witch hunt, facts and evidence do not matter. There is absolutely no defense possible because the outcome has been decided in advance. The administrative apparatus does not seek truth; it simply wants you completely out of the way.

When I flatly refused to retract my flawless scientific analysis, the institutional machinery pivoted directly to targeted character assassination. The Office of Research Integrity (ORI) was weaponized to resurrect a completely closed, defunct case from 2010. This administrative overreach was a blatant violation of the statute of limitations.

A CORRUPT, RIGGED KANGAROO COURT

The entire administrative appeal process was a complete travesty of justice. Administrative Law Judge Margaret Brakebusch operated purely as a rubber stamp for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) payroll. She flagrantly tossed out overwhelming exculpatory evidence:

• Corporate Verification: Official certification from Eli Lilly Vice President Dr. Sangtae Kim proving the genuine provenance of the research data.
• Expert Scientific Defenses: Definitively backed by University of Chicago Professor Ridgway Scott, who openly stated that ORI’s analysis did not deserve a passing grade.
• Eyewitness Testimony: Complete affidavit testimonies from my entire Rice University doctoral research group contradicting the whistleblower.
• Chemical Certification: Explicit synthesis verification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Small Molecule Facility.

Judge Brakebusch dismissed every single witness and evidence to force a summary judgment. Two previous judges could not bring themselves to sign off on such colossal, corrupt nonsense. Yet the system found its willing executioner to carry out the retaliation.

ORI posted on their site that their findings of research misconduct followed an investigation made at my institution Rice University. Nothing can be further from the truth. ORI violated the standards and the statute of limitations. In the Settlement agreement of July 15, 2010, Rice disavowed their submission to ORI, offered to help me find a position elsewhere and compensated me for my departure in amicable terms, so ORI had no basis to pursue an investigation. I played along with ORI in the hopes you could get them to listen to reason even though I knew it was part of the Covid coverup.

COMPLETE VINDICATION

The declassified intelligence documents confirm what Senator Josh Hawley and Senator Rand Paul openly stated in congressional hearings: the federal government systematically mobilized to destroy anyone opposing the natural-origin narrative.

The newly exposed files show Dr. Anthony Fauci conducting private briefings to dig into specific Wuhan lab experiments, all while publicly deceiving Congress.

They did not debar me because my research was invalid. They debar me because my molecular science on SARS-CoV-2 was irrefutably correct and challenged the official narrative. When an institution is this deeply corrupt, their condemnation is the highest validation a real scientist can receive.
